Top Hat Cosmic

Cosmic Top Hat is the first in the industry to offer a permanent lateral seal in relined pipelines. The top-hat stops infiltration, ex-filtration and root intrusion while repairing leaking connections, creaks and over-cut laterals. The Top Hat can seal both Y and T connections. It is made of corrosion resistant ECR Fiberglass and factory impregnated with Polyester Epoxy component to achieve superior sealing on wet surfaces.

Stephen’s Technologies Newline Liner System is a proven low cost alternative to whole pipe re-lining. This system is easy to install with no need to enter a manhole. It adheres to the host pipe. Flow thru installation means no bypass pumping. Liners are available for pipes with diameters from 6 to 54 inches.

Pipe Bursting

Lyttle Utilities has specialized in pipe bursting since 1996. Pipe bursting is the mechanical replacement and up sizing of existing pipes through trenchless means.

Slip Lining

Lyttle can also perform slip lining. Slip lining is putting a smaller diameter pipe inside a slightly larger one and filling the annular space between.
