Recently your company performed repair work on my septic system in Chester, Virginia. The men (LP and his son) who performed this work did an outstanding job. They were efficient and worked with a purpose, carefully protecting surrounding areas of the yard and completed the work with minimum yard damage. The finished product is neat and so far working very well. IN addition, they were very polite and seemed to put forth every effort to do a professional job. We are very pleased with the finished product, price, and quality of work performed. Please relay to you staff how grateful we are for the work they performed and their concern for our property.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your entire staff that attended to my problem yesterday. From the young man who came to assess the problem, to Ronnie who estimated the problem and directed the crew to James Thomas who worked on the job, I must say they all handled themselves in a very professional manner and were very keen to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. I was also impressed by the manner in which they cleaned up the work area and surrounding yard. Your promptness in getting to the job was especially a lifesaver for me as I think we all know the inconveniences of not having a properly working septic system, especially during the holidays! It is rare that I write a letter to commend a job well done that includes all aspects of the job, not to mention those working on it, and you should feel very lucky to have such dedicated and competent employees working for you.

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation to Chris Pace and Mike Andrews regarding a Top Hat problem we encountered in Leesburg. I want to thank them for their willingness to show with minimal notice, late in the day and after already pulling a day shift to solve a problem for us. I’m not sure how they can display a positive can-do attitude when nothing seems to be going right. I have been out with them while installing Top Hats and it never fails there is always an equipment malfunction or something doesn’t go as planned but they seem to work through it without getting frustrated and in the end they have done a good job installing Top Hats for us. Please forward this letter to them and let them know I appreciate everything they have done for me on short notice and the Town of Leesburg residents.

Many thanks for your prompt attention to our septic problem! Everyone involved did a splendid job – can’t thank you and Mary Lou enough and special appreciation to Cody, Donald Patrick and his son Dante, and Victor who were so careful and answered my thousands of questions!
